Problem
The power plug and

Check
▶ Is the plug securely plugged in?
Make sure the plug is properly plugged into the
outlet.
▶ Is it being used in a place with a lot of smoke,
dust, or odors?
Clean the air intakes on the front sides of the unit

and clean the pre-filter.
Contact customer service to confirm the exact

cause.
Replace the CD Carbon filter and Anti-microbial True

HEPA filter.
▶ Is the Check Filter indicator light on?
