1 - Smontare l'anta e trasferirla in un luogo attrezzato per la saldatura.
OBBLIGO: utilizzare un dispositivo di sollevamento adeguato.
2 - Saldare i profilo a C Aprimatic (codice 6601700000007) oppure un normale
profilato commerciale sotto l'anta, in modo che sia il più possibile centrato.
3 - Rimuovere le scorie con una spazzola metallica.
4 - Successivamente, ricoprire la zona di saldatura con vernice antiruggine
oppure far eseguire la zincatura dell'anta.
5 - Montare l'anta, facendo corrispondere il profilo saldato alla piastra di
accoppiamento.
6 - Verificare che l'anta sia a piombo e ferma in qualsiasi punto della rotazione.
Inoltre nel caso di due ante, controllare che esse combacino perfettamente
in tutta l'altezza senza intoppi.
7 - Eseguire un foro passante.
8 - Bloccare l'anta alla piastra di accoppiamento, inserendo una vite.
PREPARATION OF THE LEAF

1 - Remove the leaf and transfer it to a place where it can be welded.
REQUIREMENT: use suitable lifting equipment.
2 - Weld the Aprimatic C profile (code 6601700000007) or a normal commercial
profile under the leaf, so that it is centred.
3 - Remove the excess metal with a metal brush.
4 - Then cover the welded area with rust-proof paint or have the leaf galva-
nised.
5 - Fit the leaf, inserting the welded profile in the coupling plate.
6 - Check that the leaf is perfectly vertical and still at whatever rotation point.
Moreover, in the case of two leaves, check that they close evenly for their
entire height without any jamming.
7 - Make a through hole.
8 - Secure the leaf to the coupling plate, inserting a screw.

1 - Déposer le vantail et l'installer dans un endroit équipé pour le soudage.
OBLIGATION: utiliser un dispositif de levage adéquat.
2 - Souder le profilé en C Aprimatic (code 6601700000007) ou un profilé com-
mercial classique sous le vantail. Veiller à le centrer le plus possible.
3 - Retirer les déchets avec une brosse métallique.
4 - Appliquer ensuite sur la soudure du vernis antirouille ou faire zinguer le
vantail.
5 - Poser le vantail : le profilé soudé et la plaque d'accouplement doivent cor-
respondre.
6 - Vérifier si le vantail est bien d'aplomb et stable en n'importe quel point du
pivotement. Dans le cas de deux vantaux, vérifier s'ils coïncident parfaite-
ment sur toute la hauteur, sans obstacles.
7 - Effectuer un trou débouchant.
8 - Introduire une vis pour fixer le vantail sur la plaque d'accouplement.
