Case B: operator with limit switches (IZ1C - IZ4C - IZ4DC) with VIVO-D103 and ADB30 boards

Ensure that the limit switches are
connected correctly. If they are not, the
motor will continue to operate until wheel
A or B reaches the stopper, thus breaking
the mechanism.
Case C: all operators with VIVO-D203 control board

The control board is suitable for all IZAR operators,
both those fitted with limit switches and those with
encoder. See the VIVO-D203 control board
instructions for
connections.

Before making any electrical connections,
check the control panel instructions manual.
1 Connect the motor and the limit switches to the
control panel.

We recommend using independent cable ducts
for the motor and the limit switch connections.
2 Connect the control panel to the electricity supply.

Before carrying out any door movement,
ensure there is no person or object in the radius
of action of the
mechanisms.
3 Check turning direction using mini-pushbuttons ST2
(close) and ST1 (open), having previously placed
DIP1, DIP2 and DIP3 in OFF.

If turning direction is not correct, interchange
cables 1 and 2 (VCC-VCC) in the control board.

4 Very important: Using the control panel
controls, check the limit switch connections are
correct (opening and closing operations). Carry out
the check using ST2 (close) and ST1 (open), having
previously placed DIP1, DIP2 and DIP3 in OFF.

If they are not, interchange cables 3 and 5 in the
control panel.
5 Adjust the limit switches by turning the wheels A and
B.

It is necessary to remove the guide (6) in order for
the wheels to turn.
