Problem
The sensor does not
enter calibration mode.

Possible cause
• Power is not supplied
to the sensor.
• The calibration cap is
not installed correctly.
• The gas pressure in the
calibration gas bottle is
low.
• There is a gas leak.
• The calibration cap
moved during the
calibration.
• The regulator valve
was not fully opened or
not opened
immediately after the
status LED flashed
green and red.
W A R N I N G
• Make sure that power is supplied to the sensor.
• Make sure that the small notch in the calibration cap is
aligned with the status LED.
• Make sure that the sensor is fully in the calibration cap.
Close the regulator valve. Remove the calibration cap.
Then, do a calibration again.
• Make sure that the gas pressure is 5 bar (minimum) in
the calibration gas bottle.
• Look for a gas leak in the hose or fittings.
• Make sure that the calibration cap does not move during
the calibration.
• Fully open the regulator valve immediately after the
status LED flashes green and red.
