The cooking time of a roast chicken has been determined for a chicken weighing
approximately 2 kg, so if the chicken weight is different, you will need to adjust the cooking
time.
An informative table is shown below, indicating which type of tray is recommended for each
programme and the position in which it should be placed, with 1 being the accessory rail closest
to the upper heating element and 3 the closest to the lower heating element.

*Depending on what you bake, for example if it is a sponge cake, you must take into account
the volume it may gain and therefore you should place it in one position or another to prevent
it from coming into contact with the upper heating element as volume increases.
Preheating (16)

Press this icon if you wish to preheat the device before starting cooking.

To select the preheating, you must select the desired pre-set function first and adjust the
temperature and time as desired. Next, press the preheating icon and press the Start/
Pause icon (21) to start preheating.

During preheating, the temperature display will show 'Pre' and when it finishes, it will emit
a sound to inform you that the cooking process will start.
Tip
We recommend you place the food after the preheating, right after the device emits a sound
to obtain the best results. To do so, open the door and place the food; when you close it, the
cooking process will start automatically.
Rotisserie (17)
Press this icon when using the rotisserie. This function allows you to cook the food in the
rotisserie while it turns, to achieve a more even cooking.

Tip
This function is recommended to cook roast chicken, as it will achieve a perfect cooking.
Fan (18)
Press this icon when you wish to cook with the fan.
Note
In some functions, the fan is automatically programmed (it will flash on the display) to achieve
the best results in this function, but if you wish to deactivate it, press the icon.
Temperature/time setting (19)

Press this icon if you wish to modify the time and temperature of the selected programme.
The parameters will not be modified if you have not previously selected a function.

If you press it once, the temperature indicator (23) will start flashing and you will be able
to adjust the temperature.

If you press it twice, the time indicator (24) will start flashing and you will be able to adjust
the time.
Light (20)
Press this icon if you wish to turn on the light to better see the oven interior. This function is
programmed to keep the light on for approximately 30 seconds, so if you wish to continue
viewing the interior after the 30 seconds have elapsed, you must press the icon again.
Start/pause (21)
Press this icon to start or pause the cooking. If you only select a function (without preheating),
press this icon to start the cooking process; otherwise, the cooking process will start after the
preheating without pressing this icon. If you open the door during cooking, it will pause and if
you close it, it will resume cooking.
Time and temperature decrease (22) and increase (25)
Press this icon to decrease (22) or increase (25) the cooking time or temperature. Make sure
you have previously pressed the icon 19 to modify the parameters; otherwise, the device will
not modify the values.
4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Disconnect the appliance from the power supply and allow it to cool down before cleaning.

Clean the device and the accessories after each use.

Allow the device and accessories to cool down before disassembling and cleaning it.
Cleaning the product's exterior housing and the door

Do not use metallic tools or abrasive products to clean the device exterior. Use a soft,
damp cloth to clean the device surface.
