Problem
Possible cause
No cooking utensil or
unsuitable utensil.
E2/E3
Abnormal supply voltage.
This is due to the induction
cooking technology.
A cooling fan integrated
in this induction hob has
been activated to prevent
overheating of the electronic
components. It may still
operate even after turning
off the induction hob.
The induction hob does
not detect the cookware
because it is not suitable for
induction cooking.
The induction hob does
not detect the cookware
because it is too small for
the cooking zone or not well
centred on it.
Technical fault.
Possible solution
Change the cookware.
Check if the power supply operates correctly. After
connecting to the mains, the product turns on as
usual.
It is usual, but the noise should
decrease or completely disappear by
lowering the power setting.
This is normal and not a cause for
concern.
Do not unplug the hob from the
mains if the fan is still running.
Use only cookware compatible with
the induction hob. See section on
"Choosing the right cookware".
Centre the cookware and make sure
its base matches the size of the
cooking zone.
Note down the error codes,
disconnect the induction hob from
the power supply and contact a
qualified technician.
