Possible solution
Use a commercially
available descaler suitable
for espresso machines.
Empty and clean the drip
tray regularly.
Unplug the appliance
and contact your nearest
authorised service centre to
arrange a repair.
Remove loose coffee
grounds around the rim of
the filter before inserting
the portafilter onto the brew
head.
Do not fill coffee grounds
above the rim of the filter.
Fill coffee grounds evenly
and level with the rim of
the filter, and then tamp
the coffee grounds with the
tamper.
Ensure the portafilter is
properly inserted into the
brew head in the "INSERT"
position, and then turn the
handle to the right until it
reaches the "LOCKED"
position.
Follow the instructions in
BEFORE FIRST USE.
Use fresh coffee
grounds.
Store unopened coffee
in a cool, dry place.
After opening a coffee
package, reseal it
tightly and store it in
the fridge to maintain
its freshness.
