NOTE: When using the grill (14), the basket (15) or the rotating basket (18), place the drip pan
(17) on the shelf below to prevent the cooking liquids from coming into contact with the
heating elements.

1 - Peel and slice the potatoes
2 - Wash them thoroughly and dry them
3 - Pour half a spoonful of olive oil into a basin, place the potatoes on top and mix them to season them.
4 - Remove the potatoes so that the excess oil remains in the bowl. Place the potatoes in the basket.
NOTE: For crispier potatoes, cut into smaller pieces or use a little more oil.
