Replace the fuseor resetthe circuitbreaker. M akesure
that thereare nootherappliances o n thesamecircuit.
• If a powerfailureoccurs, t urnthe powerOFE When
poweris restored, w ait 3 minutesbeforerestarting the
air conditioner.
• Press the RESET b uttonon theair conditioner p lug.
If the resetbuttonwill notstayengaged, unplugthe air
conditioner a ndcontacta qualified servicetechnician.
• Thewater collectiontank is full. Drainthe tank and
reset yoursettings.
Seethe Careand Cleaningsection.
This is normal.The air conditionerautomatically
shutsoff when the roomequalsor is less than the
set temperature.Adjustthe temperaturesetting,
if needed.
Makesure there is sufficientclearancearoundthe
air conditionerandthat the air inlet and outlet are
not blocked by furniture,curtains,etc.
Cleanthe air filter at least everytwo weeks. Seethe
Careand Cleaningsection.
• Whenfirst turned on, allowthe air conditioner
sufficienttime to coolthe room.
Checkfor openfurnace floor registersor cold air
returns,or openwindows or doors.
• In especiallyhot, humidweather and when the air
conditioneris runningfrequently or for extended
periods,ice can form on the coolingcoils, blocking
air flow. Setthe controlsto HighFan(F3)or High
Cool(F3),and set to a warmer temperature.
• Consultyour dealerfor the air conditionercapacity
necessary to coolthe desiredarea.
Makesure doorsand windowsare closed.
