Fault display and inspection
If a fault occurs, the induction hob will automatically go into protection mode and display the
corresponding fault codes:
Problem Possible cause
No cooking utensil or
unsuitable utensil.
Abnormal supply
E2/E3
voltage.
Fault in the
temperature
E4/E5
sensor of the IGBT
transistor.
Fault of the
E7/E8
temperature sensor.
Malfunction of the
E6/E9
induction hob.
PCBA communication
Eb/EC
error.
Refer to these instructions to repair common faults.
Do not try to disassemble the unit on your own to avoid hazards and damages to the
