4. MAINTENANCE AND
CLEANING
Let your oven cool completely before cleaning. Unplug the power cord from the
wall outlet.
The grill, the drip pan and grease collection tray can be cleaned like other utensils
with soap and water.
Always use a damp sponge to clean the outer surfaces.
Avoid using abrasive products that could damage the coating. Ensure that water
or soap does not penetrate inside the oven through the ventilation holes on the
top of the oven.
Never immerse the oven in water or other liquids.
To clean the interior walls, do not use any corrosive products (spray detergents)
and never scrape the walls with sharp objects.
If the equipment is not maintained in a good state of cleanliness, its surface
could deteriorate and affect inexorably the lifetime of the device and lead to a
dangerous situation. The oven should be cleaned regularly and any deposit of
food must be removed.
Remove and clean the grease tray.
Remove grease collection tray by pulling the handle of it.
Wash with soap and water and allow to dry.
Never use abrasives.
Replace the grease collection tray in place.
Cleaning Method
Remove the plug and wait a while before cleaning of the oven.
When cleaning, wash the inner and outer surface, the pan, baking of the grid and
the handle of the pan with a sponge with a light neutral cleaning liquid. Then rinse
