Instructions for fastening the strip

The type of attachment depends on the mounting
surface (e.g. concrete, hollow block, perforated me-
tal plate, wooden panel). Select appropriate bolts,
nuts and dowels. Consult with a specialized retailer
or the manufacturer for information.

Fully loaded, the tool board weighs approx. 12 kg.
Accordingly, only use bolts, nuts and dowels that
can support this weight permanently.

Placing tools
¶
Place the tools. Reference the part numbers and
icons on the tool holders (fig. 1, item 3).

There are holes for receiving 3 M7 x 35 and
M8 x 30 cylinder head screws each in the top tool
holder. The screws are not included in the tool
set's scope of delivery and must be provided by
the user.

The 3 taper sleeves 0 986 612 801 are to be stored
with the M8 x 30 cylinder head screws.

4.1
Changing the tool holder
1. Remove all tools from the tool board. Store the
tools in a suitable container.
2. Remove the fastening screws of the lower tool holder
on the back of the tool board.
3. Use the fastening screws to attach the new tool
holder to the tool board.

Converting extractor 0 986 613 165
1. Unscrew the hexagonal spacer sleeve from the
screw tap.
2. Slide the round spacer sleeve (Fig. 5, item 2) onto
the screw tap, and tighten it.
