INSTALL THE BRUSH GUARD
Note: Pay attention to the correct orientation of the
left and right main guards. If either the left or right
main guards do not align correctly, they are incorrectly
positioned and should be switched.
1. Attach the two main guards and screw into place
using eight M8 x 20 mm flange bolts (short bolts) in
Bag C.
Note: Do not fully tighten the bolts. Keep bolts loose
until after the support guards are also in place.
2. Align the rear support guards between the frame
and main guard. Screw into place using eight M8 x
20 mm flange bolts (short bolts) in Bag C.

3. Attach the two side support guards and the center
support guard into place. Screw into place using
four M8 x 50 mm flange bolts (long bolts) in Bag C.
4. Use the No.13 open-end wrench to fix nuts while
using the No.10 open-end wrench to tighten all
M8*50 mm flange bolts. Then use the No.6 hex key
to tighten all M8*20 mm flange bolts.

INSTALL THE RACK
1. Align the rack to the mounting points on the guard.
2. Screw into place using M8 X 20 mm flange bolts
(short bolts), M8 X45 mm flange bolts (long bolts),
M8 nuts, and washers in Bag D.
3. Use the No.13 open-end wrench to fix M8 nuts, and
use the No.10 open-end wrench to tighten M8 X45
mm flange bolts. Use the No.6 hex key to tighten M8
X 20 mm flange bolts.

INSTALL THE TAILLIGHT
1. Carefully unwind taillight wiring and grab the taillight
plug on the end.
