LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD
This Limited Warranty exclusively applies to defects related to the material or workmanship of the product and its
components when they are used under normal conditions. In the event of a defect covered by this Limited Warranty,
Greenworks, at its own discretion, will proceed to repair or replace the faulty product or components in accordance
with the terms outlined in this Limited Warranty. The Limited Warranty Period begins on the date of the original
purchase of the product from Greenworks, an authorized Greenworks reseller, distributor, or an authorized Dealer, all
of which may be collectively referred to as 'Greenworks Dealers'.

SITUATIONS NOT COVERED BY LIMITED WARRANTY:
The following situations are not covered by the limited warranty. The user will be responsible for parts and labor.
1. The product is beyond the service limit or scope specified in the operating instructions.
2. The product becomes faulty or damaged due to the user's failure to comply with the proper usage, driving, and
maintenance instructions outlined in the operating manual.
3. The product is faulty or damaged due to rain, ice/snow soaking, smoke, drug, chemical corrosion and force
majeure (including but not limited to earthquakes, typhoons, fires, floods, social events, group events and violent
crimes).
4. The user makes unauthorized modifications, disassembles the product or its components, or disrupts the normal
functioning of the product and its parts.
5. The user's installation of non-original or third-party spare parts or accessories, which results in damage to original
parts, or unauthorized modifications to the circuit and line configuration, are not covered by this warranty.
