6. The product's faults or damages resulting from incidents such as crashes, rollovers, traffic accidents, overloading
(i.e. More than two passengers are strictly prohibited), speeding, or other human-related factors during usage are
not covered by this warranty.
7. The user fails to provide a valid invoice, purchase record, or the number on the invoice does not match the
product.

Transportation charges for the movement of any power equipment unit or attachments are the responsibility of the
purchaser. It is the purchaser's responsibility to pay transportation charges for any part submitted for replacement
