HOW TO MAKE GELATO
NOTE: Thoroughly clean all parts that will come into contact with the ice cream before use, including: cooling basket,
mixing blade, clear lid, etc.
Before cleaning, make sure that the power cord plug is unplugged from the outlet.
When making ice cream, keep the machine flat on a flat surface to make sure the machine's compressor is working
properly.
