2.2 Adjustment operations
Stop operation: After selecting the production time and the machine starts working, you can stop the production in
the middle by long pressing the [START / STOP] button and the machine will stop working.
Time setting:
During the production process, you can use the [TIMER] button to change the remaining production time. Each press
of the button can increase by 5 minutes and can be changed up to a maximum of 60 minutes (for example, if you
select 40 minutes first, when the production reaches 10 minutes, you can use the [TIMER] button to change the
remaining production time to 30, 40 or even 60 minutes, but cannot be adjusted to 10 minutes. The time of the
freezing process can only be increased, not reduced).
2.3 Ice cream consistency adjustment
At the end of the selected production time (for example 30 minutes), the machine has entered the motor protection
state. If you want to increase the consistency of the ice cream, you can adjust the time by pressing the [TIMER] button,
then press the [START / STOP] button to start. After the countdown is complete, enter the protection status again for 1
hour. It is possible to remove the ice cream and put it in the refrigerator for a while.
3. COLD HOLDING FUNCTION
Once the manufacturing process is complete, if the ice cream is not eaten or stored in time, it will melt. To avoid this
situation, the following process has been added: when the ice cream is finished and nobody works, the machine starts
automatically every 10 minutes and cools down for 10 minutes, for 1 hour in total. The time displayed is "00:00", in
order to maintain the fresh taste and consistency of the ice cream. After 1 hour, the machine will enter the shutdown
state.
4. ENGINE SELF-PROTECTION FUNCTION
When the ice cream becomes more consistent, a safety device could block the operation of the motor. The same
device will restart the engine when the temperature returns to normal.
5. CONTROL OF THE VOLUME OF INGREDIENTS
To avoid overflows and waste, make sure the ingredients do not exceed 60% of the capacity of the removable tray.
