Condensation may form on the door window, interior walls, and grease-collection tray. This
is completely normal and does not affect the appliance operation. Remove condensation
with a dry cloth before cooking.
5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

With careful care and cleaning, your oven will maintain its appearance and stay in good
condition. Next, you have some instructions on cleaning and care of the product.

Risk of electric shock. Moisture entering the device may cause an electric shock. Do not use
high-pressure or steam cleaners.

Risk of burns. Never clean the device immediately after switching it off. Allow it to cool
down.

Risk of serious damage to health. The microwaves energy can exit if the door of the oven
or the gasket door are damaged. Never use the appliance if the door or door gasket is
damaged, contact the official Cecotec Technical Support Service.

Slight differences in colour in the front part of the device are caused by the use of different
materials, like glass, plastic, and metal.

The shadows on the door panels, which look like stripes, are due to reflections from the
interior lighting.

Unpleasant smells, for example, after cooking fish, can be removed easily. Add some
lemon juice drops in a cup with water. Also place a spoon in the container to prevent it
from boiling over. Heat the water for 1 or 2 minutes at full power in the oven.
Descaling/steam cleaning function
This oven includes a specially designed programme to clean the inside of the oven effectively.
For best cleaning results, we recommend that you use citric acid detergent. Follow the
manufacturer's instructions.
1.
Switch on the oven, remove the water tank, add 1 L of distilled water into the tank
with some citric acid (approx. 5~10 g).
2.
Place the water tank properly in its position.
3.
In standby mode, press the automatic menu icon
shows "A21", which means that the oven enters descaling function. The indicator
light will light up showing the default time of "1h".

Press the start/pause icon
5.
When the remaining time is 5 minutes, the programme will pause to remind you to
add water. Remove the water tank and clean it thoroughly.
6.
Add clean water and press the start/pause icon
to begin the cleaning programme.
