Glass cleaner:
Clean with a kitchen towel. Do not use glass scrapers.
Hot water with soap:
Clean with a kitchen towel, do not scrub. Do not use metal or glass
scrapers for cleaning.
Cause
Faulty circuit breaker.
The plug is not connected.
Power failure.
The child safety lock is active.
The door is not completely
closed.
The selected power level is
too low.
You have placed more food
than usual in the appliance.
The food is colder than usual.
Possible solution
Check the fuse box and if the
circuit breaker of the device
is in operation.
Connect the plug.
Check whether the residual
current circuit breaker in the
kitchen is working.
Deactivate the child safety
lock (check the "Child safety
lock" section to do so).
Check there are no food
residues in the door.
Select a higher power level.
If the quantity is doubled,
the cooking time is doubled.
Remove or turn the food
during cooking.
