ALARMS
The equipment has a set of alarms that inform the user in case of malfunctioning. If
there is more than one active alarm, they will appear in a list (Fig. 31).
The alarms will be kept active until the problem has been solved, and the RESET
button has been pressed. Pressing the RESET button only will have effect when the
reason that has provoked the alarm has been resolved. Subsequently the alarm will be
eliminated from the list.
The lower right button is used to minimize the screen, but it does not eliminate the
alarm. The screen will appear again after a few seconds.
High pressure compressor 1 alarm
ACTION: Refrigerating compressor 1 is stopped.
DESCRIPTION: High pressure-controller of the compressor 1 is indicating that there is an excessive pressure.
POSSIBLE CAUSES: Equipment is not receiving correct refrigeration.
Fans do not work.
Placement of the equipment does not allow a correct inlet of the air flow by the side.
High pressure compressor 2 alarm
ACTION: Refrigerating compressor 2 is stopped.
DESCRIPTION: High pressure-controller of the compressor 2 is indicating that there is an excessive pressure.
POSSIBLE CAUSES: Equipment is not receiving correct refrigeration.
The compressor 1 does not work correctly.
Fans do not work.
Placement of the equipment does not allow a correct inlet of the air flow by the side.
Condenser temperature probe alarm
ACTION: Perform vacuum is not possible, because the refrigeration of the condenser is not guaranteed.
DESCRIPTION: Probe does not give signal on expected range (4-20mA).
POSSIBLE CAUSES: Probe is damaged.
Probe signal converter is damaged.
Electrical connection among the converter and the PLC is not correct.
