USING THE AUTO PROGRAMS
There are seven core auto programs on the PROGRAMS menu, each with four
variations (with the exception of YOGA STUDIO, which has five).
1. From the main menu, select PROGRAMS to display the PROGRAMS menu.
TENSION RELIEF
- Focused on relieving tension throughout the body.
YOGA STUDIO
- Programs designed to relax, calm and stretch your whole body.
PERFORMANCE
- Delivers an intense massage to supercharge your day.
FULL BODY
- Invigorating massage for the whole body.
UPPER BODY
- Focused massage for the neck, shoulders, back and arms.
LOWER BODY
- Focused massage for the feet, calves, thighs and gluteal region.
DEMO
- Demonstrates all of the chair's massage techniques.
CAUTION: The YOGA STUDIO programs contain a fairly intense stretch component. Hold
the remote in your hand the first time you experience a YOGA STUDIO program so that
you can stop the massage if the stretch is too intense for you. Also, for a less intense
stretch, go to SETTINGS, STRETCH and set the stretch mode to OUT.
2. Before selecting an auto massage program, make sure your feet are pressed
firmly against the bottom of the foot/calf massage wells.
IMPORTANT: Shortly after the massage begins, the foot/calf massager extends/retracts
to measure the length of your legs. The program then uses this information to tailor your
massage to your leg length. If your feet are not pressed firmly against the bottom rear
or front tip of the foot/calf massager wells, your leg length cannot be measured, and the
program will not function properly (for example, the stretch function will not activate).

The easiest way to enjoy a massage
is to simply choose from 38 preconfigured auto
programs. From a large selection of core auto programs with variations, to three
MEDITATION programs, and three 4D programs, your Super Novo 2.0 offers a simple,
soothing solution for every need.
3. Select the desired auto program group to display the program list. The primary
program displays at the top of the group, followed by variations of that program.
For all auto programs other than YOGA STUDIO, the program variations are as follows:
SHIATSU
- A varied massage, using soft, medium and aggressive intensities.
SWEDISH
- A moderate massage using soft to medium intensity.
SPORTS
- A massage that starts soft and increases to an aggressive intensity.
THAI
- A massage that begins aggressively and decreases to a soft intensity.
YOGA STUDIO programs are as follows:
STRETCH
- Relaxing massage with bend and stretch functionality to provide leg and
spine extension.
FLEXIBILITY
- A massage to loosen and flex muscles with accompanying air
compression in the feet and shoulders.
BALANCE
- Symmetric massage designed to restore your center.
BREATHE
- Rhythmic massage to help you focus your breathing and concentration.
RECOVER
- Intense massage for focused healing to assist in recovery with greater
efficiency.
ENERGIZE
- Vigorous massage with stimulating percussion, a perfect way to begin
your day.
