GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance
must be grounded.
Grounding

electric current in the event of a short circuit.

is equipped with a cord having a
grounding wire with a grounding
plug, the plug must be
plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and
grounded.
If your appliance
requires a hardwired connection:

metallic,
permanent wiring system, or an equipment
grounding
conductor
should be run with the circuit conductors
and
connected
to the equipment
grounding
terminal or lead
on the appliance.
