Assembling the steamer accessories
The steamer accessory is used to steam vegetables, fish and other foods that you
would like to steam.
Important notes on steam cooking:
• The steamer accessory must not be used in a microwave oven or with any
other electrical appliance.
• When the steamer is in operation, do not touch any part of the steamer except
the handles.
• Keep a sufficient distance from the steam outlet openings in the steamer lid to
avoid injury from hot steam.
• Do not cover or block the openings in the steamer lid, otherwise the steam
will find another way to escape and could cause serious injury or damage to
surrounding property.
To put the steam cooker
into operation, the lid must
be placed on the blender
jar and locked. Then the
measuring cup must be
removed. The steamer
accessories (base, bowl and
lid) are then placed on the
lid of the blender jar.
Before steaming, make sure
the steamer lid is on the
steamer accessory.
