Environmental requirements
The machine can only be used safely if certain environmental requirements are met. Please follow
the safety instructions below:
Install the machine on a stable, nonslip, horizontal surface.

Some coated surfaces can attack the rubber feet of the machine and soften them. If
necessary place a non-slip support under the machine.

So do not use the machine outdoors or in damp rooms.
Before starting any exercise or conditioning program you should consult with your personal
physician to see if you require a complete physical exam. This is especially important if you are over
the age of 35, have never exercised before, are pregnant, or su er from any illness.
Keep free area and training area when you exercise

The free area in the direction, in which the access to the training equipment takes place, must at
least be 0.6 m bigger than the exercise area.
Excessive and incorrect training can lead to negative e ects on health.
Exchange damaged parts immediately and remove the appliance from usage until in impeccable
condition.
Keep an especially keen eye on the wear and tear parts.
The safety level of the appliance can only be ensured if it is regularly examined for damages and
wear, i.e. connection points, etc.
