Control panel
ON/OFF button
Red light – the fryer is in standby mode.
Press the button to turn on the appliance.
White light – the fryer is operating.
Menu button
Press the Menu button to choose the desired program.
Start/pause button
Press the button to start or pause the selected program.
Delay start function
Press the button to program the delayed start of a program.
Temperature and time selection button
Press the button to program temperature and time.
Temperature and time adjustment buttons
Press the buttons to program more or less temperature and time.
Preheat function
Press the button the preheat the drawer for 3 minutes.
Shake function
Press the button to activate the warning sound in the middle of cooking.
Keep warm function
Press the button to keep warm (60-70°, 15 minutes)
Plug the appliance into a power outlet. The
ON/OFF button will turn red, indicating that
the fryer is in standby mode.
Press the ON/OFF button; the fryer will
enter operating mode, the control panel
will activate. Press and hold for 3 seconds
to turn off the appliance and return to
standby mode.
Press the Menu button to select an
automatic program; the selected program
will flash.
Press the Start/Pause button to start
cooking.
NOTE: To change the programmed time and
temperature, press the temperature and

time selection button; you may increase or
decrease the temperature and time using
the temperature and time adjustment
buttons.
