Proceed to do the same on the following side, making sure all wheels on both sides are fully tightened. Attach to towing vehicle to
remove from pallet safely.
Attachment
Before attachment, ALWAYS ensure the following:
•
All safety guards & decals are in good working order and correctly fitted
•
Lubrication points have been lubricated as per scheduled maintenance period
•
The tyres are free of damage and inflated to the correct pressure
•
Electrical connections are free of dirt and moisture
•
Battery is suitable charged for the work required
NOTE: This machine is designed to attach to the towing vehicle through a 50mm diameter ball hitch.

Reverse the towing vehicle up to the machine.
2.
Attach the machine onto the towing vehicle's coupling. Raise jockey wheel and secure in the upper position. On some vehicles the
jockey wheel can collide with the rear of the towing vehicle over rough terrain – if this is the case remove the jockey wheel from the
clamp before using on such terrain.
3.
Attach the control box to the towing vehicle in a safe and secure location, ensuring the control cable is routed safely where it cannot
snag.
4.
Check battery charge levels and oil levels and top up if necessary
ENSURE CONTROL EQUIPMENT IS SECURELY ATTACHED TO THE TOWING
Initial Set-up
In order to familiarise the operator(s) with the machine, first test the mechanism and controls on a flat surface, with the trailer empty. Once
happy with the principles of operation then test using a suitable materials before proceeding to use as normal.
