Oil Level Check Procedure
The hydraulic oil level is checked on the DT100/FT100 with the body FULLY raised as follows;
1.
Ensure the DT100/FT100 is securely attached to a towing vehicle and raise the bed fully.
2.
Use a suitable prop or block of wood between the body and chassis to ensure you are safe when checking the oil level. NEVER WORK
UNDER AN UNPROPPED BODY!
3.
With the bed fully raised the oil level should be at the base of the dipstick (Below the minimum oil marker, and level with the base of
the dipstick rod). If the oil level does not reach the dipstick, then add a suitable oil until this level is reached.

Lubricate the following points using Multi-purpose lithium-based grease with NLGI 2 viscosity grease as per the
maintenance schedule:
