Spark Plug (Wacker Neuson/Honda)
Clean or replace the spark plug as needed to ensure proper operation. Refer to
your engine owner's manual.
The muffler becomes very hot during operation and remains hot for a while after
stopping the engine. Do not touch the muffler while it is hot.
Note: See Technical Data for the recommended
spark plug type and the electrode gap setting.
1. Remove the spark plug and inspect it.
2. Replace the spark plug if the insulator is cracked
or chipped.
3. Clean the spark plug electrodes with a wire brush.
4. Set the electrode gap (a).
5. Tighten the spark plug securely.
NOTICE: A loose spark plug can cause engine
damage.

Cleaning the Sediment Cup
The sediment cup prevents contaminates from
entering the carburetor from the fuel tank. Clean the
sediment cup after long periods of disuse and as
needed.
1. Turn the fuel valve (a) OFF.
2. Remove the sediment cup (b).
3. Clean the sediment cup.
4. Install the sediment cup with care not to damage
the O-ring.
