6. A u bout de 15 minutes, desserrer l´unité de pression en
pressant la touche „OUVERTURE". Déplacer l´appareil.
Appliquer la pression sur la bordure de l´emplâtre confor-
mément au paragraphe 5 en procédant étape par étape.

le pressage en bordure de l´emplâtre: 10 minutes
7. L es opérations de pressage terminées, retirer la Thermo-
press EM II du pneu et la tourner de façon à la dégager.
Ranger la machine dans un endroit approprié. Vérifier si la
réparation ne présente pas de défauts. Effectuer d´autres
opérations de réparation en tenant compte du mode opé-
ratoire REMA TIP TOP pour la réparation des pneus G.C.
VIII. Maintenance
As the Tip Top Thermopress EM II machines are very reliable, thanks to their construction and the high quality of their parts and
materials, they have long intervals between servicing. For safety and warranty reasons, damaged parts of the machine should
immediately be replaced by original TIP TOP spare parts. Any work which exceeds maintenance work has to be carried out only
by a specialist. Dispose of used oil and dirty cloths correctly.

* T he above mentioned maintenance rates have to be increased accordingly, if the operating time of the machine is longer than the average or if
the working environment is difficult (dust, dirt etc.).
6. T ranscurridos 15 minutos, abra el sistema de presión pul-
sando la tecla «AUF - abrir». Desplace la vulcanizadora y
apriete el borde del parche paso a paso, según se describe
en el punto 5.

7. U na vez finalizado el proceso de apriete, separe la vul-
canizadora TP EM II del neumático, retirándola fuera del
neumático. D eposítela e n u n l ugar a propiado. A c ontinuación,
verifique que la reparación se haya llevado a cabo sin
defectos.
E fectúe los otros pasos de reparación siguiendo las
instrucciones del manual REMA TIP TOP "Instrucciones de
reparación para neumáticos EM / OTR".
