FIRST START
Before first use, some preliminary operations are necessary. Proceed as follows:
Unpack the appliance and check that it is intact and complete, as indicated in
the previous chapter.
Keep the packaging for 15 days, to store it in case of need to return it to the
retailer; after this period, dispose of it in compliance with the instructions on
the separation of materials indicated on it.
Read this manual completely, especially the prescriptions for a safe use.
Carefully remove all possible fastening materials from the parts, including
internal ones.
Completely remove any stickers on the surfaces of the appliance
Place the appliance on a flat and stable surface, leave a space of 10 cm on the
back and top to ensure the necessary air circulation.
See chap. 2 for further details and prescriptions about the appliance
positioning and installation.
Wash all accessories in warm water with dish soap; rinse properly and wait
for complete drying before going on.
Connect the electric plug to a wall socket equipped with a regular differential
switch upstream.
Check that the cable does not come into contact with hot parts and that it is
not bent or pinched.
Start the PREHEATING program for 3 minutes as described below with the
appliance completely empty, i.e. without food inside; this helps the
spontaneous removal of the protective substances from the internal walls
and allows you to check for any manufacturing defects. During this operation,
the formation of a slight smoke or odor may occur: it is not dangerous and
does not indicate a malfunction and will dissolve spontaneously.
At the end of the program, pull out the drawer, check the integrity of the
appliance and wait for it to cool down. It is now possible to carry out the
normal cooking operations.

APPLIANCE USE
Cooking requires the food to be placed in the drawer, and it must be inserted into
the appliance until it clicks. It is possible, and sometimes necessary, to proceed with
a preliminary heating of the cooking chamber, before inserting the food, as described
in the following PREHEATING chapter. At the end of cooking, the appliance stops
heating, produces some long beeps and, after a short cooling, it goes into stand-by
