7) Peel the potatoes and cut them into sticks.
8) Immerse the cut potatoes in a container filled with water for 30 minutes.
9) Dry the potatoes with paper towels.
10) Grease the potatoes in a bowl with ½ tablespoon of EVO (extra virgin olive)
oil.
11) Take the potatoes out of the bowl with your hands, to separate them from

6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The product does not require maintenance, such as replacement of consumable parts

using common dishwashing soap applied with a sponge and adequate rinsing. Each
