The cleaning and maintenance of the appliance should not
be carried out by children without supervision.
- Caution: The appliance and its accessible parts may become
hot during operation. Be careful not to touch the heating
elements. Children under 8 years old must stay away, unless
they are supervised.
- Food must not be flambéed under the kitchen hood.
- There is a risk of fire if cleaning is not carried out according
to the instructions.
- Air discharge regulations must be complied with.
- Clean your appliance regularly following the method
described in the chapter MAINTENANCE.
- For safety reasons, only use fixing or mounting screws of the
same size as those recommended in this instruction manual.
- For details on the method and frequency of cleaning,
please refer to the cleaning and maintenance section of the
instruction manual.
- For information on how to attach the appliance to its bracket,
please refer to the installation procedures in the operation
section of this manual.
- Cleaning and maintenance should not be carried out by
children without supervision.
- You should not use steam cleaners.
- NEVER try to put out the fire with water. Turn off the appliance
and smother the flame with, e.g., a fireproof lid or blanket.
- The electrical installation must be carried out by a qualified
technician and must comply with the Standards and
Regulations in force.
- If the electrical connection is made by means of a plug, the
plug must be accessible.
- If the appliance is connected directly to the mains, a device
must be provided which allows the kitchen hood to be
