Panel location
Always install the panel in a position where the skipper can see it
easily.
If the engine panel is installed outsite, the supplied waterproof cover
(for the key lock) must be installed. This prevents water, salt and dirt
entering the lock when the key is removed.
When the engine panel is mounted low in the cockpit, install it in
such a way that the key cannot be damaged, by feet, for example.
Take care that the engine panel is waterproof only on the operating
side. The back of the panel should be installed in a well-protected
and ventilated space. Do not install the panel where serious vibration
can occur.
