• Check whether the mower is in the working area, if so:
• Check that the charging station is correctly connected to the charger and that the charger
is connected to a suitable power supply. If they are connected correctly, the boundary
wires are incorrectly clamped and must be reversed.
• When the mower is in the working area, check the LED light on the charging station. If it is
red, this means that the boundary wire is not properly connected to the charging station
terminals. If it was well connected to the terminals and the LED light is still red, check
whether the boundary wire is disconnected.
• Switch off the mower; move the mower to an area that is free of obstacles.
• Switch the mower on. Press START and then OK .
• If the error message is still displayed, switch off the power; turn the mower upside down and
check whether there is anything preventing the wheels from turning.
• Remove any obstacles, stand the mower upright and switch it on. Press START and then OK.
• Switch off the mower.
• Turn the mower upside down and check whether there is anything preventing the blade
disc from turning.
• Remove any obstruction.
• Turn the mower upright and move it to an area with short grass or adjust the cutting
height.
• Switch the mower on. Press START and then OK.
• Call your specialist dealer
• Take the mower to a specialised dealer
• Switch off the mower.
• Move the mower to an area of your lawn that is free of obstacles.
• Switch the mower on. Press START and then OK .
• If the error message is still displayed, switch off the power and turn the mower upside
down. Check whether something is preventing the axle of the front wheels from sliding.
• Remove the obstacle, turn the mower upright and switch the device on. Press START and
then OK.
• Turn the mower upright. Press START and then OK .
• Switch off the mower.
• Place the mower on a level surface on your lawn.
• Switch the mower on. Press START and then OK .
• Check that the boundary wire on each side of the charging station is 1 metre long, straight
and has no corners or obstacles to ensure proper docking.
• The charging station must be placed on relatively level ground. It must not be placed on a
sloping surface or in a place where the plate will bend
• Place the mower in the charging station manually for charging. Once the mower is fully
charged, press START and then OK.
• Switch off the mower.
• Change the boundary lines, reduce the mowed area to the specified area.
• Switch the mower on. Press START and then OK. Or change to a larger model.
• If the temperature is too high, wait until the temperature has cooled down. If the
temperature is too low, wait until the temperature is >5 degrees Celsius, press START and
then OK .
• If the error message is still displayed, insert a new battery. Restart the mower. Press START
and then OK .
• If the error occurs repeatedly, contact a customer service centre.
