1. Check the knife sharpness
WARNING: Switch off the mower and put on
protective gloves before cleaning, adjusting or
replacing the blades.
WARNING: When inserting new blades,
make sure that you replace all blades. It is not
absolutely necessary to replace all screws if they
are in good condition. If the screw is damaged or
cannot be repaired, you will need a new screw
to fit the blade. This is important to ensure the
blade is held in place and to balance the blade's
rotating disc. Failure to use new screws can
result in serious injury.
Each mower blade lasts up to 2 months when
programmed for daily mowing. Always check
whether the blades are chipped or damaged and
replace them if necessary. If the blades are blunt
and worn, they should be replaced with the
replacement blades supplied with the mower.
Replacement blades are also available from your
nearest mower dealer.
Switch off the mower and put on protective
gloves before attempting to replace the blades.
IMPORTANT: After screwing the blade onto the
blade disc, make sure that the blade can rotate
freely.
2. Cleaning
WARNING: Switch the mower OFF before
cleaning. Put on protective gloves before
cleaning the blade rotating disc. You can clean
with low pressure water (<1Mpa).
