Fig. 9
Insert the medication into the reservoir before switching on the device.
The amount of liquid inside the reservoir must not be less than 2 ml, nor more
than 6 ml. The nebulisation only starts when the liquid inside the reservoir is in contact
with the mesh membrane. Otherwise, the nebulisation stops automatically. It is there-
fore recommended to keep the device as vertical as possible.
2) Nebulisation
Connect the chosen accessory (mask or mouthpiece) to the device and press the ON/OFF
button to start nebulisation.
Guidelines for proper inhalation
• During treatment, it is advisable to remain seated, maintain a calm and relaxed pos-
ture and hold the nebuliser firmly.
• In order to distribute the particles effectively, it is necessary to breathe slowly and
deeply.
• When using the mouthpiece, bring the flat end of the mouthpiece to your mouth,
keeping your lips slightly closed, so that the medication is delivered to the appro-
priate area.
• When using the mask, bring it slightly closer to your face, covering your nose and
mouth. For treatment via the nasal cavity, inhale through the nose and exhale
through the mouth. For treatment via the throat, inhale through the mouth and
exhale through the nose.
3) End of cycle of use
• The nebulizer turns off automatically after 10 minutes of use. If you want to continue us-
ing it, press the ON/OFF button, after checking that there is sufficient liquid in the tank. If,
on the other hand, there is still medicine in the reservoir, but you want to stop nebulising,
press the ON/OFF button. The power indicator (blue) will turn off.
