Please check the following points if you encounter any issues during the use of the device.
PROBLEM
The device does not work
The device is on but
nebulizes weakly

TROUBLE-SHOOTING
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The battery is low.
There is no medicinal
product in the tank.
There is not enough
medication in the tank.
There is inappropriate
medication in the
reservoir.
The nebulizer membrane
may be obstructed.
SOLUTION
Check that the device is
charged and recharge if
necessary.
Make sure that the
medication tank has been
filled.
Try tilting the main unit
slightly towards yourself.
Alternatively, add more
liquid.
Use only water-based
medication.
Place 2-3 drops of white
vinegar in the medication
reservoir with 3-6 ml
of water. Switch on the
device and start spraying
until no liquid remains in
the reservoir. Clean and
disinfect the reservoir.
