AFTER-SALES SERVICE AND WARRANTY
This appliance is solely intended for domestic use and cannot be used for professional
purposes.
• The appliance is covered by a two-year warranty starting on the date of purchase,
which must be proven by proof of purchase. This period complies with the national
regulations transposing Directives 2011/83/EU, 1999/44/EC, 1999/34/EC on Consumer
Guarantees and only applies if the consumer is a private subject.
• The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and is not valid when the damage
is accidental or due to incorrect use, negligence or inappropriate use of the product.
• The warranty does not cover parts subject to natural use and deterioration, for exam-
ple masks, mouthpiece, elastics, USB cable.
• Never open this device for any reason; the warranty will no longer be valid following
the opening or tampering of this device.
• The warranty will automatically expire after 2 years of purchase; following this dead-
line all support and technical assistance must be paid. Information requests on sup-
port and technical assistance, whether during the warranty period or after, must be
addressed to Farmamed.
• The consumer is not required to pay for any repair or substitution during the warranty
period. In the event of any defect, please contact the manufacturer; DO NOT send
anything directly to Farmamed but send an email to service@farmamed.it. All in-
terventions carried out under warranty (including substitutions of a product or of one
of its parts) will not extend the original guarantee of the exchanged product.
• Farmamed declines all responsibility for any direct or indirect damage to people,
things or animals, due to incorrect observation of all the instructions indicated in this
booklet, specifically concerning the warnings related to the installation, use and up-
keep of this device.
• Farmamed reserves the right to modify its products, completely or partially, with-
out prior notice, according to its production requirements, and this cannot be
held against Farmamed or any of their distributors, as they are constantly work-
ing to improve their products.
