Press key "A" to change from timer to heart rate
mode.
If you are wearing the transmitter belt, the cur-

rent heart rate is displayed in the top line of the
LC display. The heart icon in the top left corner
blinks, if the transmitter belt receives the heart
tone. If no signal is received the heart symbol
stops flashing and the last puls data is shown.
The digits [75] show the heart rate as a percen-
tage of the maximum heart rate (MHR) for your
age.
Example: age

If the current pulse rate is 150, the figure 75%
in brackets is displayed, which means that the
current heart rate is 75% of the MHR.
The timer is automatically enabled if the heart
rate signal is received in heart rate mode. The
timer displays the total time you have been
wearing the transmitter belt and the timer has
been running in heart rate mode.
The timer is automatically reset to "0" if the
heart rate computer does not receive a signal for
5 minutes.
