Now you can select the alarm settings when you
want the monitor to alarm you. If your current
heart rate is outside the exercise zone (higher or
lower) or only if it is above the exercise zone.
For this the heart rate monitor must be in heart
rate mode and the alarm must be enabled (see:
Enable alarm, p. 12).
Press key "C" to toggle between both alarm
modes:
Alarm of the heart rate is
above or below the exercise zone
above the exercise zone
Press key "C" and hold it pressed until the exer-
cise zone is displayed in the display panel.
The high limit of the exercise zone is displayed
on the first line. The low limit of the exercise
zone is displayed in the bottom line.
Press key "D" to switch on the backlight.
The backlight automatically goes off again after
approx. 2 seconds.
