Service Life
If the rollator is used within its intended purpose and maintained, inspected, and serviced
according to the instructions, a service life of five years can be expected for the Actimo® Basic
XXL. However, the service life can vary significantly depending on the treatment and care of the
product. A particularly careful handling of the product can extend its service life, while extreme
and improper handling can shorten it.
The determination of the service life by Rehaforum Medical GmbH does not constitute an
additional warranty.
Warranty
The warranty period is 24 months and applies to all product defects that can be proven to be due
to manufacturing or material defects.
The warranty claim does not apply if the rollator exhibits characteristics that indicate repairs or
other interventions by unauthorized dealers, or if foreign accessories have been installed in the
rollator without prior written consent from Rehaforum Medical GmbH.
Report / Incident
All serious incidents related to the product must be reported to the manufacturer and the
competent authority of the Member State in which the user and/or patient is located.
