Possible cause
During the automatic defrosting

nected to the evaporative tray below

Solution
This is correct.
Open the door only when necessa‐
ry.
Make sure the door is closed com‐
pletely.
Wrap food in suitable packaging be‐
fore storing it in the appliance.
Make sure that food products do not
touch the rear plate.
Clean the water outlet.
Attach the melting water outlet to
the evaporative tray.
Switch off FastFreeze function man‐
ually, or wait until the function deac‐
tivates automatically to set the tem‐
perature. Refer to "FastFreeze func‐
tion" section.
Refer to "Closing the door" section.
Let the food products temperature
decrease to room temperature be‐
fore storage.
Store less food products at the
same time.
Defrost the appliance.
Open the door only if necessary.
Refer to "FastFreeze function" sec‐
tion.
Make sure that there is cold air cir‐
culation in the appliance. Refer to
"Hints and tips" chapter.
Contact the nearest Authorised
Service Centre. The cooling system
will continue to keep food products
cold, but temperature adjustment
will not be possible.
