5.6. STOP
Release the trottle control lever (Fig. 7.A) and wait until
the cutting head stops.
When you have stopped the machine, it will
take a few seconds for the cutting head to stop.

5.7. AFTER USE
1. If not in charge , remove the batteries.
2. Allow the motor to cool before storing in an enclosed
space.
3. Clean (par. 6.1).
4. Make sure there are no loose or damaged
components. If necessary, replace the damaged
components and tighten any screws or loose
bolts or contact the authorised service dealer.
5. Check for any damage to the machine. If necessary,
contact the authorised service dealer.
Always remove the batteries (Fig. 16)
IMPORTANT
whenever you leave the machine unused or unattended.
NOTE
To remove the batteries press the lock button on the
battery (Fig. 16. C).
6.
MAINTENANCE
The safety regulations to follow are described in
chap. 1. Strictly comply with these instructions to avoid
serious risks or dangers.
Before
performing
any
maintenance/adjustment interventions on the machine:
• Stop the machine;
• Remove the batteries (never leave the battery
inserted or within the reach of children or unauthorised
persons);
• Make sure that all moving parts have come to a
complete stop;
• Allow the engine to cool before storing in an enclosed
space.
• Wear suitable clothing, protective gloves and
goggles.
6.1. CLEANING
• To reduce the risk of fire, keep the machine free of
leaves and twigs.
• Always clean the machine after use with a damp cloth
dipped in neutral detergent.
• Remove all traces of humidity using a soft damp
cloth. Humidity can generate risks of electric shocks.
• Do not use aggressive detergents or solvents to clean
the plastic parts or hand grips.
• Do not spray water onto the motor and electrical
components and prevent them from getting wet.
• Always keep the rotor clean and free of dust and
debris, by blowing compressed air through the grille.
Do not spray water on the rotor.

battery, always keep the cooling air vents clean and
free of debris.
6.2. CHARGING THE BATTERIES ON THE
MACHINE
The batteries can be charged directly on the machine
with its charging dock (Fig. 1. I)
The machine can be hung on the wall:
- directly to the charging dock (Fig.17.I)
- with the rail (Fig.17.II)
NOTE Don't remove the batteries when the machine is
under charging.
NOTE
The battery is equipped with a guard that inhibits
charging if the environmental temperature is not between
0°C - 40°C
The batteries are partially charged in sequence, as per
the
scheme:

6.3. CUTTING MEANS
Do not touch the cutting means until the

batteries have been removed and the cutting means
is completely stationary.
IMPORTANT
Cutting head displaying the code indicated
on the Technical Data table should be used on this machine.
Replacing the reel of the cutting line head
1.
Press the two side tabs (Fig. 18.A)

Remove the cover (Fig. 18.B);

Replacing the cutting line head
1.
Remove the reel

Remove the line left inside;

only use a line with diameter of 1.6 mm and cut 3 m
of length.

align the lines that exit the two holes evenly;
5.
insert the end of one line in the hole located inside
the reel (Fig. 20.A) until it emerges from the opposite
hole;
wind the line in a clockwise direction as indicated

protrude from the reel;
