MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR CCD TV CAMERA UNIT
1. Join the embedding box of the TV camera unit to the same one of the push button panel, by means of
the white spacers (supplied with the TV camera).
In case of combination of push button panels, couple the embedding boxes of the same, by means of
the black spacers supplied with the 2 rows without loudspeaking unit (pictures 1 and 2).
2. Wall on the level (or just a little inside) the combined embedding boxes, bewaring that the upper wire of
the embedding box of the video unit is 1,55 ÷ 1,60 m from ground (pictures 1 and 2).
3. Beware that connection wires pass through the special spaces as indicated.
4. Once walled the embedding boxes, mount the bracket "A" by means of the supplied screws "B". See
the mounting drawing and picture 3 where the mounting detail is shown.
In case the embedding boxes have been mounted on irregular walls or on panels, it is necessary to
screw and adjust the 4 screws "C" in order to range the union bracket "A" perfectly on the wall level. In
this way, you can keep the perfect support plane.
5. Mount the keys frame of the push button panel on the embedding box, bewaring the correct gain of the
tongues "D" (picture 3).
Beware: the loudspeaking unit must be placed upwards.
6. Engage the voltage connector on the TV camera.
7. Fix the TV camera Ref. 725/640 to the unit by means of the screws "V" (picture 4)
8. Mount the frame of the TV camera unit, bewaring the correct gain of the tongues "D" in bracket "A" as
shown in point 5.
To fix the TV camera unit, employ the special screws with three holes "V". These screws are supplied
with screwer "U" (picture 4).
9. Make connections to the terminal board of the TV camera unit.
10. The grid should be put on high;
– take the spring "M" away;
– take the grid "G" out levering with a screwdriver in the indicated points;
– turn the grid (high-low);
– make the inverted operations (picture 5).
11. Once executed the connections to the push button panel (loudspeaking, unit, lamps, keys), fix the
frontal parts of the push button panel and of the TV camera unit (picture 6).
