Thank you for purchasing the Forest Master FMX4 8 ton electric hydraulic log splitter. With its
narrow splitting blade, this is the most effective log splitter for both green and seasoned, hard or
soft wood.
To comply with UK and EU safety regulations, it is supplied with a safety tray and cage and is also
two handed operation.
The FMX4 can be fitted with two accessory blades, that can be purchased separately.

A 4 way blade designed for splitting logs into quaters. This is fitted over
the fixed blade and is secured in place with two bolts. It is supplied with
a pusher block that fits over the moving Duocut blade of the FMX4 to
ensure that the logs are split by the 4 way blade.
An obtuse blade that fits over the fixed blade and is designed to make the
splitting of larger logs and stringy twisty grained wood easier. The obtuse
blade forces the split wider, making the split propogate along the length of
the log.
