Allen Wrench
(included)
• Always inspect tool prior to use.
• Do not use if cord or tool is damaged.
• Protective gloves and eyewear are recommended
while using this tool.
CAUTION! Always unplug foam hot knife
before installing or removing the blade. Allow
sufficient cooling time for blade, pressure
plates and thumb screws before handling.

Loosen screws on blade holder with Allen wrench.
(See Figure 1)

SAFETY
• Do not use with an extension cord.
• Store and operate in dry conditions.
• Consult foam manufacturer's recommendations
on safe and proper cutting procedures.
2. Slide forked end of blade under pressure plates until
blade is fully seated. (See Figure 1)
3. Tighten screws with Allen wrench to secure blade.
Do not overtighten. (See Figure 1)
NOTE: Knife will not turn on until blade is
properly tightened to complete the circuit.
