NOTE: Excessive smoke will develop from
cutting too slowly or if blade is too hot.
NOTE: Always operate in a well-ventilated area.
CAUTION! Keep hot blades away from skin,
clothing and other flammable materials.
4. Once smoke starts to appear during cutting, release
the trigger and keep moving the knife through the
foam.
NOTE: The entire blade should be immersed
in the foam while cutting.
CAUTION! Do not tape trigger down or force
trigger into the "On" position in any way.
5. As cutting speed slows due to greater resistance,
squeeze the trigger again for 10-20 seconds.
NOTE: Keep air intake uncovered and clear
of debris to prevent overheating.
6. Release trigger approximately 1-2" prior to
completion of the cut to prevent buildup on
the knife.
2. Gently scrub the blade using a wire brush until
buildup is removed.
RECOMMENDATIONS

Ensure blade is installed correctly and tightened.
See "Blade Installation" on page 1.
