PRODUCT FUNCTIONS

This mixer has a planetary motion system, making the beaters rotate very close to the bowl's
interior by stirring and mixing the dough faster and more efficiently than regular mixers. Its
powerful 750 W motor allows you to prepare any type of light, medium or heavy batter or
dough.
Bowl
The 4-liter capacity stainless-steel bowl makes it ideal to prepare a wide variety of recipes.
Splash Guard
Works as a lid, preventing ingredients from splashing out of the bowl while in use.
Ingredient Feeder
Allows you to add ingredients while mixing.
Speed Control Knob
Makes it easy to adjust the mixer to the correct speed for your recipe. Always start at a slower
speed, then slowly increase to the desired maximum.

Soft Start

Your mixer has a soft start, preventing the dough from spreading throughout the bowl. It is
ideal for lighter preparations. Turn the speed to "1" to trigger it.
Attention! Do not leave the mixer operating continuously for more than 5 min (minutes).
Tilt Release Button
Push the button and lift the mixer head until you hear it click and press the button again to
lower the head gently until it locks into place.
Cord Wrap Area
The mixer has a convenient cord wrap area on its base for simple storage.
Mixing Accessories
Your mixer includes 3 mixing accessories: 1 whisk, 1 beater and 1 dough hook.
