Using the Mixer

[01] Make sure that the voltage of the outlet is the
same as the voltage of rating plate of your device.
[02] With the mixer open, attach the bowl, splash
guard, and desired mixing accessory.
[03] Put all ingredients in the bowl.
[04] Lower the mixer head.
[05] Plug unit into the electrical outlet.

[06] Turn the speed control knob gently to the desired
speed.
[07]During the preparation, you can add ingredients through the ingredient feeder opening of
the splash guard [see fi gure 4].
[08] When done, set the speed selector to the "0" position.
[09] Lift the mixer header and, if necessary, scrape any excess food from the beater with the
spatula.
Tips - Chilled ingredients (such as butter and eggs) should be mixed at room temperature.
Therefore, remove them from the refrigerator in advance. It is advisable to break the eggs in a
separate container to prevent pieces of the shell from being whipped together with the batter.
Attention! Do not put any objects into the bowl while the beater is spinning.
