Assemble the appliance following the same procedure as for the meat grinder but
placing the sausage cone (14) between the die and the ring nut, as shown in the figure:
Assembly as a tomato press
Assemble following the same procedure as for the meat grinder until step 3, then:
4) Insert the conical sieve into the tomato press cone, making sure the longitudinal
teeth match the sieve opening: the cone openings must be completely covered by the
perforated plate.
5) Insert the ring nut on the cone/sieve unit before applying the screw cap, with the
thread facing the rear. Then insert, in order, the spiral and the sieve/cone/ring nut
unit, fully tighten the ring nut on the grinder body thread, and fully tighten the screw
on the tip of the unit.
6) Lastly, insert the splash guard from above.
To prepare the kibbe
Assemble following the same procedure as for the meat grinder until step 3, then:
4) Attach the two components for the kibbe accessory, in order, as shown in the figure.
5) Attach the ring nut and fully tighten.
